Career Planning Support
We have a dedicated Careers Manager who provides all participants support with planning their career.
During the course of the programme, participants will take part in workshops in CV Preparation and Interview Techniques. Participants will also work with our Careers Manager to optimise CVs for specific target roles and employers. We maintain a database of labour market intelligence and publish job opportunities to an online noticeboard for participants. Our Careers Manager seeks to match participants to opportunities, and support participants in managing their own job search targets and schedules. In addition, extensive supports are in place to aid participants who wish to pursue self-employment. This support will also be offered for a period of at least 6 months after programme completion.
